SHIPPING:

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS or Fedex - most orders will arrive 2-5 days after dispatch. Orders are shipped from Portland Oregon, local orders can be porch dropped or picked up free of charge. (If you need your order urgently feel free to reach out and we can expedite for you!).

RETURNS POLICY:

Unused stools can be returned in original packaging (box) within 30 days. The return shipping cost is deducted from your refund which is processed upon receipt of return. If you would ike to return your stool please email: info@rivercabaan.com to request a shipping label along with your reason for return.
