“Had the most wonderful time at this cabin. It’s even more beautiful in-person, and the location along the river is so dreamy! Nothing has been overlooked here - from the super cozy beds to the amazing bath products in the shower, there are gorgeous and thoughtful details in every room, and the house has everything you could need for your stay!
Being secluded helps it feel like a lovely retreat, but you’re also a short drive from the beach and other attractions. ”

“Loved our time in this beautiful, secluded house. It had everything we needed for a fun time. House is beautifully designed at no cost to comfort; cozy furniture, warm fireplace, the view out of the glass doors is all about the river and forest just outside. Kitchen is very organized and complete. The only drawback was having to leave. 10 stars out of 5.”

“We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin! The location and view were incredible.
My husband was able to do some fly fishing while our babies and I relaxed next to the river. The cabin’s interior is well designed, featuring a superbly curated collection of furniture, art, and books for the design lover. We enjoyed countless special touches, like Rudy’s products in the shower, complimentary coffee and tea, and a bottle of wine and chocolates greeting us upon our arrival. The perfect mix of nature and luxury, it’s the glamping version of a cabin stay!”

“The cabin is so cozy and comfortable with excellent amenities throughout. The kitchen is stocked to cook meals and the bed and bedding is so comfortable. Serene river sounds on the back deck and close enough to the coast for day explorations. We loved our stay and can’t wait to book again.”

The outside is better than pictures can demonstrate and we spent so much time enjoying it: Naps, lounging, reading, meals, fire, swimming... Stay here. We want to go back a hundred times.”

“The perfect place to relax and have quality family time together! The layout lends itself to being able to talk and gather, but also go outside and explore in the river or lay in the hammock. We took the float out and lounged in the river for hours. We actually tried to book next year while we were there! And the design, well, the thought and details are not lost on us! Impeccable!”

“This cabin was like walking into a designers mid century modern magazine pages come to life. We loved all the details in decor, the thoughtful touches in greeting us with a treat on the counter. The art, the clean and simple design, the bed linens, the records and player was such a nice touch. The outdoor spots were exactly what we needed for a relaxing anniversary weekend getaway. “River Cabaan is essentially every bit as beautiful as all the pictures you see on both on instagram, but it’s so much more than just gorgeous! It’s a space where we really were able to feel connected, relaxed, inspired, and able to have so much fun! It’s a wonderful place for both fun and retreat. Intentionality within the cabin shines through and makes you feel beyond special and lucky to spend a few nights there :) You will have the BEST time staying here!”

“My friend and I had a wonderful stay at the river cabin. We are both designers so loved the decor and attention to detail. The home was stocked with so many fun goodies, especially the kitchen. The bed linens were great and the home was very clean. You definitely feel like you’re in your own private getaway with the wild and scenic backyard leading to the river. The fire pit and hanging lights were a wonderful touch, too. We would have loved to stay longer and look forward to a follow-up stay.”

“This river cabin is a dream come true; in the words of our six year old, “It’s the best cabin I’ve ever been to”. We fell absolutely in love with the home itself as well as the land it is situated on. We fished, floated, swam and sat by the fire pit. We cooked on the “nature grill” down by the river and read books in the hammock. Just a little over an hour from Portland, this home is the perfect getaway and an ideal space to unwind. We can’t wait to visit again.”

“This was one of the best and most beautiful Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in!! Incredible style and design. The place is on the river and we posted up out front in the sunshine. Had all the amenities and everything we needed to cook & grill. The fire pit in the evening was perfect and they had quite the collection of records! To end the evening with the best sleep in that comfy bed was ideal. Overall such a great trip and I can’t recommend it enough!!! It’s a super rad cabin!! Oh and the beach is only 20 min!”

Record player, coffee, and the view made for perfect times indoors. Great distance from the town and the coast too. This is officially our dream home and we want to come back in the summer someday.
